We recruit for warmth, suitability and reliability, then maintain the checks, records and feedback needed to support safe and consistent placements.

All prospective hosts are assessed in their home.
References
References are collected and reviewed during onboarding.

Relevant checks and safeguarding information are recorded and monitored.

Required documentation is verified and monitored for renewal.
